So I know I said that I was going to post the next bit of instructions for the green coat, but the day I had set for it, my grandfather passed away. Of corse I am sad that Poppy passed away, but it's not like he didn't live much, this man was 90! He and his brother refurbished a 1902 Stanley STEAM CAR (!) and lived all over the country, and was in the army during WWII, and built his own house. I can only hope to be half as cool as he was.
Poppy and Gramma. Aren't they cute?
So please be patent with me getting the next steps done, and enjoy a few of Poppys favorite jokes!
When I was little and we were driving around, every time we passed a grave yard he would tell one of two jokes, (I'm not trying to be morbid, he really told these jokes all the time)
Q: Why is there a fence around the grave yard?
A: Because people are just dying to get in!
or
Q: How many people are dead in the graveyard?
A: All of them!
Now, I didn't get the jokes till I was about 9, and I finally had to ask my mom what the joke was.
Here I am with Poppy!
